Journeys

We provide three different types of packages. It is highly recommended if you are new with Nickerson Consulting you start off with the Elite bundle. We strive on bringing you the best proficiencies to your practice with our customized approach. Our first visit tends to be similar for every practice, our consultant comes in for 5 hours to do a practice analysis to recommend what you need and what package they recommended would be best for your practice.

Elite

This program we highly recommend for clients who are starting out with this program. This is our all-inclusive package that contains on-site team meetings, training with the team and monitoring results. This includes; PPO analysis, team building, DISC Assessment, unlimited coach calls and email support.

Platinum

This program has team meetings every other month and on the other months it would be observe and train. It also includes, MPI, PPO analysis, DISC Assessment, team building, unlimited coach calls and email support.

Premier

This 2 retreats meetings are great for offices that need team building or have a fun all day informational meeting with some fun activity for the office. With the 2 retreats a year, we are in your office 2 hours a month for an O&T (Observe and Train), where we are hands on with your practice. You will also receive an PPO analysis, MPI, unlimited email and coach calls, DISC assessments
